File Transfer
Introducing INNORIX Web Transfer, which completes large file uploads and downloads all the way through even on unstable networks.
WEB TRANSFER, DONE RELIABLY
Uploading and downloading files on the web is a familiar feature. But as files get larger, transfer times get longer, and users start concentrating at the same time, the conditions a typical HTTP/S-based file transfer needs to account for increase rapidly.
From mobile/Wi-Fi switching, momentary Network Loss, and long transfer times, to Browser closures and reconnections, Proxies and Load Balancers, and increasing concurrent users, the real usage environment is never constant.
INNORIX Web Large File Transfer maintains transfer state even in these web environments and applies Resume, Retry, Parallel Transfer, and Recovery to deliver large files reliably.

INNORIX Web Transfer
TRANSFER AS A CAPABILITY
In typical web applications, file transfer often starts as part of an HTTP/S Request and Application Logic. This can be sufficient for small files and short transfers, but as file size and transfer time increase, you also need to handle connection maintenance, interruption recovery, partial transfer, retries, concurrent users, and final completion verification.
This is a structure where the web application keeps its existing operations and user Experience, while INNORIX professionally handles the actual, long-running File Transfer.
SEAMLESS RESUME
In web large file transfer, reducing how often users have to start over from the beginning matters more than top speed. If the Network becomes briefly unstable when a 10GB file has reached 99% transferred, continuing from the point already delivered matters far more than having the user reselect the entire 10GB and wait from the start.
10GB Upload
Through Resume, Partial Transfer, Retry, and Recovery, the transfer can continue without letting a temporary communication failure escalate into a failure of the user's work.
UNSTABLE NETWORKS
A web user's Network environment is not as consistent as the internal Network of a Data Center.
Users may move off office Wi-Fi, switch to a Mobile Network, pass through a VPN and Proxy, or experience momentary Packet Loss and connection changes during a long Upload.
INNORIX focuses on managing the Transfer's own state separately on top of HTTP/S communication in these environments, and completing the transfer by recovering only the range needed after an interruption.
Rather than assuming the Network is always perfect, we provide a Transfer that withstands changes in the real usage environment.
TRAFFIC SURGE
As the number of users grows, web file transfer becomes a matter of concurrency rather than a single simple Upload. A service that normally has 20 users transferring files may suddenly have hundreds of users connecting at once, Uploads may spike right before a work deadline, or large files and huge numbers of files may be transferred at the same time.
Normal Traffic
Traffic Surge
INNORIX does not handle file transfer only the way a typical web request is handled; it manages transfer sessions, concurrency, Queue, Retry, and Recovery at the Transfer level.
Even with a sudden increase in users, it maintains the state of each individual transfer, and instead of simply passing failed requests back to the user, it is configured to keep the necessary Transfer going.
PER-USER ISOLATION
Web service Traffic does not always increase in a predictable way. In services such as bidding, application, and submission deadlines, research data submission, large-scale project uploads, and content registration, the number of users can spike sharply at a specific time.
Each Transfer is managed as an independent execution unit, and Parallel Transfer, Dynamic Concurrency, Queue, and Capacity Control are applied so an increase in users doesn't turn into a blanket failure of the entire service.
Even when the number of users suddenly increases, what matters is not simply the number of concurrent connections, but completing the file transfers that have already started, all the way through.
FILE & BUSINESS DATA
In enterprise web services, files rarely exist on their own; they are processed together with business data such as Forms, application information, Projects, Cases, Patients, and Research Records.
Therefore, rather than applying one fixed Upload order across every service, it should be possible to configure the relationship between File Transfer and Metadata Processing to fit the business.
For example, you might reliably deliver a large research dataset first and then link the file's Transfer ID to the research record, or create the business Record first and sequentially deliver multiple files based on that ID.
Separates File Transfer from the Business Transaction while connecting them into a single Process for the final task.
TRUSTED COMPLETION
There is a need to distinguish between Progress reaching 100% in the Browser and the actual Transfer processing being completed and its result confirmed on the server side.
Based on the Transfer Result delivered by INNORIX, the web application can execute the next task, such as marking receipt complete, submission complete, or starting processing.
Users, too, get a clear result — not simply that an "Upload request was sent," but that "the file transfer has been completed."
LARGE & MANY FILES
The shape of data transferred on the web is not fixed.
It can be a single video of tens of GB, or thousands of research files or a project Folder.
Users don't need to know the internal Transfer structure of the files; they can select files and Folders on the same web screen and check the progress and result.
The Transfer Engine handles the actual transfer according to file size and count, Network conditions, and concurrent transfer conditions.
SIMPLE FOR USERS
The technical complexity of web file transfer doesn't need to carry through to the user Interface.
PROJECT DATA
Behind the scenes, Parallel Transfer, Resume, Retry, Recovery, Progress Tracking, and Completion Verification continuously manage the Transfer.
The goal is to provide a technically stronger Transfer while giving users an even simpler, more predictable Experience.
UPLOAD & DOWNLOAD
For large Downloads, just as with Uploads, long transfer times, Network changes, and Recovery after interruption all matter.
UPLOAD
DOWNLOAD
Download can also apply Resume, Multiple File Handling, existing file-handling policies, and completion status.
Instead of implementing Upload and Download in separate ways, they can be delivered as a single Web Transfer Experience.
TRANSFER UI
Using INNORIX's Transfer functionality doesn't mean every website has to provide the same Upload screen. File selection, list, Progress, Status, Buttons, and Result can all be configured to match the existing service's Design and Workflow.
You can incorporate Transfer functionality to match different user Experiences, such as public services, research Portals, manufacturing systems, Media Platforms, and customer service.
INTEGRATION
You don't need to rebuild your entire existing Business Application from scratch to adopt web large file transfer.
Existing Web Application
INNORIX
The existing web application continues to handle Authentication, Authorization, Business Logic, and the Database, while INNORIX handles large-file and high-volume File Transfer and Transfer State.
By separating the two areas, you can keep your existing service while strengthening only the file transfer portion into a professional Transfer Capability.
THREE AUDIENCES
Web file transfer is not a feature that ends with the user screen alone.
Users exchange files within the web service, developers connect Transfer to existing operations, and operators check the state and results of the entire Transfer.
One Transfer is provided in the form each of the three groups needs.
ENTERPRISE WEB
Enterprise Web Applications don't exist only in the simple environment where a Browser connects directly to a Server. HTTPS, Proxy, Reverse Proxy, Load Balancer, VPN, Authentication System, and various Network Policies can all be present together.
Web large file transfer focuses on reliably managing the state and Recovery of long-running File Transfers within this existing Enterprise Web Architecture.
The same Transfer Operation can be applied from unstable user Networks to complex Enterprise Networks.
COMPLETION-FIRST
In large web transfers, the Network can never always be stable.
During a long Transfer, the connection can drop repeatedly, the user's Network environment can change, and service Traffic can surge at the same time.
Rather than treating this as a single exceptional failure, INNORIX treats it as an operating condition that real web Transfers must withstand.
The key is maintaining Transfer State, recovering the necessary segments, and continuously tracking the progress of each individual Transfer, so Network instability is never passed on to users as having to resend files over and over.
TRAFFIC CONTROL
During a Traffic Surge, protecting the state of Transfers that have already started matters more than simply handling a large number of requests.
Transfer Control
Through Queue and concurrency control, per-Transfer state management, and Recovery, each Transfer is managed independently even when the number of users increases sharply.
This shifts the web service's file transfer Experience from "an Upload that succeeds only if the connection holds" to "a Transfer that is managed through to completion even as the environment changes."
ACROSS INDUSTRIES
Even though each service's Business Logic differs, the Transfer Requirements are common: reliably receiving large files, showing progress, recovering from interruptions, and confirming the final result.
ONE PLATFORM
Users use Upload and Download within the existing website, while the operations team can manage it the same way as any other Transfer on the INNORIX Platform.
Web Application
COMPLETION AS THE STANDARD
As file sizes grow and the number of users increases, the quality of web file transfer shows up not in the Upload button itself, but in whether users can deliver their files all the way through, across as many real-world environments as possible.
GET STARTED
Handle large files, huge numbers of files, long-running Transfers, and sudden increases in users, all with a single Web Transfer Engine.
Users exchange files within the existing web service, developers connect it to existing Business Logic, and operators check the Transfer's progress, Recovery, and final result on a single Platform.
We'll help you review a stable large-file Upload and Download setup that fits your current web service.
