Can I start transferring files between real devices for free without a credit card or sales meeting?
Yes. You can create a free account without a credit card, connect real devices, and run your first transfer through the Web Explorer or API. Installation files, documentation, and API examples are available online, so you can get started without a sales consultation or contract.
Can I start with one-time file transfers and expand to recurring work?
Yes. You can start by sending the files you need once, then add schedules or file events to the same devices and paths to create recurring transfers. From there, you can expand into workflows that distribute files to multiple destinations or connect collection, processing, and delivery. You do not need to automate the entire process from the beginning.
Where should I start: Transfer Finder, Transfer Builder, or Web Explorer?
Use Transfer Finder to find workflows and examples that match your needs, Transfer Builder to create a configuration by selecting source and destination devices and execution conditions, or Web Explorer to browse files on connected devices and send them immediately. You can follow a guide and execute the transfer directly, or use what you configure in the builder as a basis for development.
Can I use Explorer, API, automation, and monitoring together in one platform?
Yes. INNORIX Platform supports remote file browsing, device-to-device transfers, web uploads and downloads, APIs, schedules, event automation, and transfer monitoring. Business users can work through the UI while developers request transfers from applications, allowing each role to use the approach that fits its needs. Feature availability varies by plan, but you do not need to combine separate products to access these capabilities.
What do I need to prepare to create my first transfer configuration without writing code?
Prepare the device that contains the files, the destination device, and the folders you plan to use on each device. After connecting the devices, select files in Explorer or define the source, destination, and execution conditions in Transfer Builder. It is a good idea to verify paths and permissions with a small file first, then transfer your production files the same way.
Can I continue using a transfer configuration in production after validating it for free?
You can use the transfer flow, schedules, and processing conditions validated in a free account as the foundation for a production configuration. Confirm the plan and usage scope required for production, connect the actual devices, folders, and permissions, and verify the transfer results. If you move the configuration to another project or to On-Prem, you will need to adjust connection information for the target deployment method and version.
Can I validate transfers for a customer project before signing a separate partnership agreement?
You can use a free account to validate the connection method and transfer flow you plan to apply to a customer project. Use devices and files authorized by the customer and define the access scope required for testing. When you move to actual service delivery, customer-specific operations, purchasing terms, or business collaboration, confirm the applicable license and contract scope.
